We will work together to come up with a list of meal ideas/recipes for dinners (or another meal) that will help you feel more confident getting food on the table and feeling less scattered. I am not a dietitian so we will not be discussing food nutrition per se but rather coming up with recipe and meal ideas to help make your life easier, especially when it comes to preparing and generating a weekly schedule for families.

Let's find recipes and food ideas that will fit with your schedule and palate! I have scoured many cookbooks and sites to find recipes that are easy, enjoyable and kid friendly. We will generate a list of ideas!

This part is a game changer for reducing stress and hassle. We will take your list of recipes/meal ideas and make a weekly schedule. Having a schedule saves you time and money!

Grocery Shop
Grocery shopping can be something people avoid and avoidance only leads to more anxiety. We will create a grocery list based on the schedule created so you can quickly and efficiently grocery shop for the week (and possibly beyond!).
